Carers and Toddlers

Who are we? We are a lively toddler group, welcoming carers of any kind to attend and supervise their youngsters. We offer places on Mondays during term time, from 9:30-11:30am for all carers of children from birth to preschool age. We ask for a small donation of £3 per family each week. What do we do? Children’s and Youth Work during the week We have Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade companies in the Church, for young people aged 5-18. In addition we run a Carers & Toddlers group on Mondays, and a Twins and Multiple Children group on Tuesdays. Sunday Mornings On Sunday morning there is Church for the whole family.

Connect Groups

Why Connect Groups? From its earliest days, the church has met together, gathering in both larger settings as well as in smaller groups (Acts 2: 42-47). The Living Room

You’re invited The Living Room is a quiet, homely, shared wellbeing space. When? Wednesdays, anytime between 3pm and 6pm. What? Pop in or stay a while to enjoy hobbies, refreshments, company and conversation or just enjoy some peace in our quiet area. Who? The Living Room is for anyone aged 18 and over. Church For The Whole Family

On Sunday mornings we all meet together for the first part of the service to learn and worship as one big family. Most weeks the children and young people then go to their own groups for the remainder of the time, to look at the theme of the service in an age appropriate way- using multi media, games, crafts, stories and prayer. Lunch Break

Who are we ? Lunch Break is the church’s relaunched lunch. We meet fortnightly on Tuesdays between 12.15-2pm (term time only). It’s a comfortable place to find welcome, company and friendship over a set 2-course meal. You do not have to be a church member or regular attendee to come along. Thursday Fellowship Thursday Fellowship is a lively-in-spirit group of all ages (but mostly over 50), mainly of ladies but with a growing number of gentlemen-members of this church, other churches or with no church affiliation at all. We run Youth Alpha from time to time. If you’d like to find out when the next course is running, please get in touch. The age range is from 11 (year 7) to 18 (year 13).
