Who are we ?
Lunch Break is the church’s relaunched lunch. We meet fortnightly on Tuesdays between 12.15-2pm (term time only). It’s a comfortable place to find welcome, company and friendship over a set 2-course meal.
You do not have to be a church member or regular attendee to come along.
If you’ve felt isolated or lonely during the pandemic, this is the place to venture out to.
What do we do ?
A 2-course lunch is served at 12.30pm – provided by volunteer cooks – donations are invited for lunch, which costs around £5 per person to provide.
It would help if you book your meal by the previous Saturday by contacting Rowena on 07837 941298.
There will be opportunity for conversation, making new friends and finding out what being part of a church family is all about.
Once a month a small group of young children from a local school join us for lunch.
