Who are we ?
Lunch Break is the church’s relaunched lunch club. We meet monthly on Thursdays between 1-2pm (term time only). It’s a comfortable place to find welcome, company and friendship over a set 2-course meal.
You do not have to be a church member or regular attendee to come along.
If you’ve felt isolated or lonely during the pandemic, this is the place to venture out to.
What do we do ?
A 2-course lunch is served at 1pm provided by volunteer cooks – donations are invited for lunch, which costs around £5 per person to provide.
It would help if you book your meal by the previous Saturday by contacting Rowena on 07837 941298.
There will be opportunity for conversation, making new friends and finding out what being part of a church family is all about.
Once a month a small group of young children from a local school join us for lunch.
